How to make silica insulating refractory bricks?

The silica insulating refractory brick is made of finely pulverized silica, and a part of waste silicon brick or waste silicon heat-insulating refractory brick powder, a mineralizer and a burn-in additive are added.

According to a certain ratio, add water to the cement in the mixing machine to form a mud material. After mechanical or manual molding, the residual moisture of the brick blank after drying is less than 0.5%.

In order to prevent the violent volume expansion caused by the polycrystalline transformation of SiO2, the product is cracked, and a relatively slow temperature rise and fall is required for firing.
